GoodOaks Epsom & Reigate is currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our new office. Our dedicated Care Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care. This involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home care throughout Epsom, Banstead, Redhill, and Reigate. While the role will initially involve completing Care Calls, it will gradually transition to a more office-based role as our service expands.

Key responsibilities of the Care Coordinator include:

- Producing weekly rotas
- Daily troubleshooting, which includes managing staff illnesses or absence, allocating extra calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
- Care scheduling management to ensure adequate capacity for the provision of continuous care
- Effective communication with clients and care professionals
- Fostering a positive team morale
- Assisting in the training and induction of new team members
- Contributing to the growth of the company and taking on additional clients
- Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service
