**Salary**: £24,000 - £27,000

**Location**: Hatfield

**Hours**: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

**COMPANY PROFILE**

Our successful client working in the constructions projects industry are seeking a meticulous administrator with a brief background in accounts to support them on a yearly contract, maternity cover. Offering expert advice on projects and managing customer expectations on time and in budget they pride themselves on their dedication to getting the job done and doing it well.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- 1 years’ experience in office administration.
- Experience with Sage is desirable.
- Self motivated and driven.
- Able to use own initiative.
- PC skills - MS platforms.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Great organisation.
- Available immediately

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Approving purchases by liaising with contractors to check receipts and bank payments.
- Chasing contractors for outstanding receipts.
- Checking and collating invoices accurately.
- Managing the outbound payments and matching invoices.
- Monthly customer statement runs
- Assisting the Finance Manager with CIS & VAT returns
- Setting up and maintaining supplier and customer accounts on Sage
- Filing and collating documents.
- Record keeping of invoices and information on AP system.
- Bank reconciliation.
- General administration duties.
