As Recruitment Business Partner, you will take a lead role in delivering the Recruitment strategy across the business with the support of an experienced recruitment team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and deliver an effective recruitment strategy, ensuring we recruit top talent and provide an exemplary service to our stakeholders
- Actively source passive talent using various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing outlets to ensure we are reaching the very best talent in the market at all times
- Ensure a robust, fair and consistent recruitment process is fully adhered to across all roles and levels within the business
- Partner with challenging stakeholders and hiring managers, prioritising vacancies with a commercial eye, managing expectations and advising them throughout the recruitment process, always acting as a trusted partner
- Writing thorough, professional, and in-depth role profiles for more senior roles within the business
- Monthly reporting to Directors on recruitment figures, spend, vacancy numbers and key data, which will enable us to further identify recruiting trends
- Visiting new gallery sites to understand the size, location and demographic to aid recruitment efforts
- Forecasting and mapping where new vacancies may come from, and distributing vacancies fairly across the team to ensure even workloads

**Experience**:

- Ample experience of working in a Recruitment Team leader, Business Partner or Junior Manager role, with experience of managing and motivating a small team
- National or international recruitment experience
- A proven track record of filling a range of vacancies rather than one specialism, with experience of retail recruitment being highly desirable
