We're an insurtech company specialising in innovative insurance products for both B2B and B2C clients. We're building out a team of life and health insurance experts and are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to help us grow fulfilling a PMI Insurance Adviser function.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policyholders

**Skills**:

- Strong PMI and life insurance sales and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Ability to analyse client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
