Full Time Lettings Negotiator

**Overview**:
Due to expansion of the lettings business, we are looking for a**full-time Lettings Negotiator** to join our Scunthorpe team.
Join our team as a Lettings Negotiator, where you will play a vital role in facilitating letting our properties. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills to excel in this fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and routine inspections
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare contracts and conduct administrative tasks related to lettings
- General property management such as maintenance requirements and safety certificates
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks to handle contracts, agreements, and paperwork accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of clients and colleagues

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.
**Experience**:
- Lettings Negotiator: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
