**Role Overview**: The E-commerce Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our online sales strategies and enhancing our digital presence. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize our online store, manage product listings, and engage with our online community to drive sales and brand loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our online store on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
- Maintain accurate and attractive product listings, ensuring high-quality images and detailed product descriptions.
- Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify trends, performance insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
