**HOURLY PAID- FLEXIBLE**

**(£31.79 - £34.93 per hour depending on skills and experience, this includes a payment for holiday pay)**

**_ Do you have expertise and are passionate about educating the next generation of counsellors?_**

Counselling is placed within one of the largest faculties in this highly successful Further Education College. We offer courses from level 1 through to Level 5. The department delivers strong provision with exceptional success rates. We would like to build upon this and appoint a dynamic, innovative and student-centred lecturer who can motivate and support our learners.

Lecturers in the Counselling Department work closely together following a common programme and using a variety of methods. The department is well resourced and the team is supportive. Emphasis is placed on sharing best practice and developing creative approaches to teaching and learning.
