Our client is looking for an Administrator with Customer Service or Sales Order Processor experience to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis as a Parts Administrator.

This will suit anyone with basic Administration experience that is used to being on the phone to customers. Previous job title examples: Sales Administrator / Admin Assistant / Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Order Processor / Receptionist.

**Duties**:

- Data entry onto the in-house computer systems (BC / Business Central)
- Microsoft Excel use
- Speaking with clients on the phone (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Scanning documents
- Taking orders over the phone / order processing
- Booking in stock/parts
- Aftersales warranty
- Cash reconciliation / collection
- Customer statements / sales invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an Administrator role with regular telephone use / customer interaction
- Organised
- Team player
- IT Skills incuding Excel, in-house sytems, MRP (training will be given)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
