**What is the role?**

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Technical Team. This role typically reports to the Technical Director.

The purpose of this role is to provide and perform general administration and secretarial support using own initiative and self-motivation where necessary.

**The role will include**:

- Taking messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office or away from their desk and distribute in a timely manner
- Assist in secretarial duties for the company, including audio typing, word processing and the use of excel spreadsheets
- Arrange meetings/diaries
- Creating Consultant Appointment documents and orders appointments
- Monitoring, recording and updating Consultants PI Insurance details and Invoices
- All employees have responsibility to ensure their practice adheres with both legislation and the fairness at work policy
- Collation of drawing packages for electronic submissions of Technical Approvals
- Compiling data for reports to assist group and other department within the business
- Printing and managing drawing packages for tenders and construction use.

**What we need from you?**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within an office environment with technical background preferred
- Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe and Outlook
- Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
