We are looking for a team member to join our Payroll Team as a Payroll Clerk on a Temporary basis.

**The Job**:
We have a full-time vacancy within our Group Head office in Leeds for a Payroll Clerk.
They are looking for someone with attention to detail, who is a team player and who has initiative.
**About you**:
You must be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills. You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage as well as being able to integrate into an established team.
Hours of work 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm.
**Key Responsibilities;**
- Responsibility for day to day management of the payroll - weekly and monthly. (Circa 2500 employees)
- Accurately recording, collecting and verifying timesheets.
- Entering employee information and payroll data into the system accurately.
- Resolve payroll queries, raise and concerns to the payroll manager.
- Calculating the weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Issuing payslips to all employees.
- Uploading and maintaining the company's pension information for all payrolls.
- Calculating and uploading relevant HMRC information and managing required payments of PAYE, NI, CIS Tax etc
- Process annual returns such as P60s and P11D’s
