We aim to continuously train and develop our staff to enable them to reach their full potential within our collaborative and supportive team.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team of **Night Support Workers** at one of our homes in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh. The home specialises in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.

Applicants will have experience of working in a similar environment. We have two waking night staff on duty each night.

You will be a great addition to the team if you enjoy working and interacting with people, have the right personality and share the same values as us. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, effective communicators, with high standards of care, and who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities.

Working hours are **21:00-07:45** the following nights are available. **Please note that part-time is a minimum contract 2 nights per week, 21.5 hours**:
These are the shifts we are looking to cover:
Week 1. Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday Friday Saturday

Week 3. Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 4. Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

- a salary equivalent to **£21,856, **pro-rata for part time hours (which is reviewed annually)
