- Directing traffic and assisting customers with parking
- Collecting parking fees and issuing receipts
- Maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding areas
- Driving company vehicles for various tasks, including transporting customers to and from their vehicles
- Performing basic custodial duties, such as sweeping and taking out the trash
- Assisting with window tinting services

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of custodial duties and cleaning techniques
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
