Alliance Pioneer Group is recruiting for an office administrator to support the day-to-day administration and management services of our busy and growing ambulance company.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- General Office Tasks - printing/scanning, filing, office supplies, liaising with management team, HR team, clinical/training team, accounting team and make-ready team.
- Managing staff queries whilst taking daily direction from management.
- Liaise with third parties and maintaining accurate records.
- Accounts & payroll duties.
- Well versed on all Microsoft programmes and Apple computers.
- Prior scheduling experience (desirable but not essential).
- Able to work from own initiative and be able to prioritise.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to pick up and learn new systems and process quickly.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Great attention to detail.

*This is a maternity cover position and will be due to start at the end of may.
