**Head of Brand Marketing**

With the continuing development of Aspria and new brand introduction comes the exciting opportunity to join Aspria as Group Head of Brand Marketing. In this multi-national role covering European markets including Germany, Italy and Belgium, the Head of Brand Marketing will lead the brand creative and content, producing stand out campaigns in partnership with our country teams to support all aspects of this multi-faceted, dynamic business.

Based in the London Head Office with occasional travel to our operating countries, the Head of Brand Marketing will lead all elements of brand content, creative and tone of voice to further differentiate and develop the Aspria Brand Portfolio.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Working with country marketing leads and CMO to create the brand marketing strategy across the brand portfolio; owning and delivering campaigns and initiatives to support member acquisition, retention and secondary business objectives.
- Developing a strategic content and campaign plan to achieve brand and financial goals across the Aspria Group.
- Creating stand-out marketing campaigns to reach existing and new audiences across digital and offline channels.
- Working closely with the operational teams, Group Sales Manager, country marketing teams and digital marketing team to support all brand campaign and asset needs for the core and secondary businesses.
- Working with the CMO to establish reporting frameworks to monitor and inform brand decisions, marketing initiatives, creative and messaging.
- Managing external design, marketing and creative agencies at Group level, and supporting country teams with agency selection and management where relevant.
- Working with country Marketing Managers to plan and execute brand photo and video shoots.
- Responsible for overseeing Aspria's digital asset management platform.
- Supervising advertising, digital content, in-club communications, product design and other forms of marketing and club presentation to maintain consistency in branding and tone of voice.
- Overseeing the social media and content managers based in our operating countries to maximise social performance and ensure brand consistency.
- Supporting country PR and communications teams with brand assets and messaging when needed.
- Maintaining contact with internal stakeholders to get critical input on how customer experience and brand perception can be improved and supported through our brand work.

**About You**:

- 5+ years experience working in a similar brand or creative role, ideally within a leisure, hospitality or service industry.
- Outstanding integrated marketing experience delivering online and offline campaigns across all channels, with the requisite ROI-driven approach.
- Creative with an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Experience using creative tools including the Adobe suite and canva pro.
- Experience working across territories, with demonstrable consideration of varying customer and cultural needs.
- An understanding of social content strategy and team management.
- Ability to use data to inform decision-making and assess performance.
- Comfort working to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and prioritising budgets across territories.
- Fluent spoken and written English with immaculate grammar. Knowledge of French, German, Spanish and/or Italian beneficial but not essential.
- A sense of pride in the work produced and a passion for brand building.
