A great opportunity to join Greentrees Caravan Stores, East Anglia’s premier independent caravan and motorhome dealership in their retail outlet.

This is not your average retail position - you are required to interact with customers, advise on caravan & motorhome specific products as well the rest of our extensive caravan and leisure range of accessories. Full training is available but its very much learn on the job.

Whilst based inside our large 2 floor retail unit, you will also be required to work outside on occasions to assist with product promotions, displaying awnings etc so physical fitness and the ability to retain information is a must.

Several of our current management team started in this role so an ideal opportunity to learn from the ground up and progress

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers both face to face and on the telephone
- Providing product information in a friendly and efficient manner
- Processing payments, cash and credit card
- Replenishing stock
- Assisting with retail area displays both inside and outsice
- Ensuring the retail area is clean and tidy

**Key skills**:

- Ability to follow instructions as well as systems and procedures
- Good communication skills
- “Can do” flexible attitude
- Work as a member of a team
- Basic understanding of customer services and how to deal with customers
- Some retails experience is preferred but not essential
- Professional and well presented
- Physically fit as lifting of gas bottles and boxes of stock is required

Basic wage plus excellent commission scheme

Monday to Friday, alternate weekends with day off during week.

9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one late night during the summer season (with an 11am start), alternate weekends - Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
