RM Digital Services are seeking a Transformation Team Lead who will develop the team to optimise performance in the implementation of RMH Digital Services transformation programmes and projects across the Trust. The post holder will work within the RMH Digital Services Team on a series of projects that will be integral to the success of the digital health record and our information infrastructures.

The Transformation Team Lead provides practical support to the clinical and operational teams, to take forward service improvement and new ways of working. Supported by a team of change managers, business analysts, and digital coaches to enable successful service transition, drive operational change, and help realise the qualitative and quantitative benefits afforded using electronic records. You will plan and report attendance at all related digital training sessions across all staff groups for projects.

You will work closely with RMH Digital Services Senior Management Team, programme, and project managers and support the Head of PMO and Chief Information Officer to enable, develop and improve patient information systems and processes across clinical services in the Trust.

The RMH Digital Services Transformation Team Lead will play a key role in the implementation of RMH Digital Services transformation programmes and projects across the Trust. The postholder will work within the RMH Digital Services Team on a series of projects that will be integral to the success of the digital health record and our information infrastructure.

By providing practical support to the clinical and operational teams, to take forward service improvement and new ways of working, our Digital Services Transformation Team Lead will lead a team of change managers, business analysts and digital coaches to enable successful service transition, drive operational change, and help realise the qualitative and quantitative benefits afforded by the use of electronic records.

The post holder will also work with RMH Digital Services Senior Management Team, programme and project managers to ensure alignment of goals and priorities to achieve the overall project plan and support the Head of PMO and Chief Information Officer in enabling staff to develop and improve patient information systems and processes across clinical services in the Trust. - Reporting to the Digital Services Head of PMO the role will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the on-going implementation and operational service transition of digital transformation projects. The post holder will be responsible for identifying and leading service and operational transformation, including standardisation of systems and processes, service transition and benefits realisation. This role will specifically deliver:

- Digital Services programme and project communications and engagement plans in conjunction with RMH Marketing and Communication Team as required.
- Detailed analysis of the relevant pathway baseline positions (current state / future state & business analysis) to identify implications of introducing new digital systems and opportunities for change.
- Support benefit owners in benefits qualification, base lining, tracking and realisation, including productivity and efficiency gains. This will involve a detailed level of data analysis across muti-standard data gathered from multiple sources.
