This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation that is focused on shaping young lives and committed to an inclusive, aspirational and academic education for all pupils. You will be joining a supporting team of HR Advisorsand will take responsibility for a number of schools in the South Yorkshire area. As the first point of contact for any HR queries, you will build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will contribute to the delivery of the PeoplePlan and providing guidance to line managers, in accordance with legislation and best practice.
Duties will include:

- Provide advice, coaching and training to managers on any HR queries, changes to policies and new initiatives.
- Support on People Management and Performance management
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Supports the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies and processes
- Promote a learning and performance management culture, identify learning and development needs
- Assist on company wide HR Projects
- Provides guidance on workforce planning and reorganisations
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong HR Generalist background working at HR Advisor level
- Experience of dealing with a variety of complex Employee Relations cases
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Team player and collaborative approach
- Level 5 CIPD (or equivalent experience)
This is a permanent role with a salary of £34,000-£38,000 per annum. This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days on site in the South Yorkshire area and flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.
