We are based in West London/Ealing. This position is to commence in September 2023.

**About the job**:

- Exciting opportunity in our popular Post 16 department for someone with a passion and talent for supporting the behaviour, pastoral and welfare of pupils at Key Stage 5 level
- Key focus is to assist in a purposeful and disciplined learning environment so that students can achieve high levels of progress
- Working Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4pm (finishing at 5pm on one day for training) on a term-time only basis plus professional development days
- Salary starts from £25,616 per annum (this has already been pro-rated) and is dependent on experience

**Skills & Experience needed**:

- The role of Post 16 Pastoral Lead requires applicants to have experience of working with young people, establishing successful relationships with them and experience of enforcing behaviour management
- Possess GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics and be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, the ability to carry out instructions, work with minimum supervision and equally to work under pressure
