**HR Administrator - £21k - £23K - Ringwood**
- We're looking for a HR coordinator to join our client's team in ringwood_
- This is a Permanent role due to start as soon as possible._
- £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience._

**What you will be doing**
- onboarding and recruitment checks for all newly recruited members of staff
- Carry out any necessary checks for supply staff
- Post adverts for job vacancies at the schools with the relevant media
- Co-ordinate recruitment for the
- Log information database
- Preparing details of all checks for the HR Manager for approval
- Process all payroll paperwork and provide details to the Payroll Manager
- Process staff leavers using the staff leaver checklist
- Prepare maternity, paternity and shared parental leave administration for approval by HR Manager
- General HR administrative duties

**To be successful in this role you'll have**
- Can work relatively fast whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Can plan effectively to achieve the set aim and can prioritise and reprioritise tasks
- Possesses a calm manner and is unflappable under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable and keen to work in a dynamic, challenging but ultimately rewarding environment
- DESIREABLE* CIPD Level 3 / 5
