**Senior Transport (Traffic) Planner - Start date June 2021**
- **Salary: OTE £42,000/year**_

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Planning 15 + vehicles a day
- Successfully, plan the vehicles in such a way to minimise running costs, and maximise vehicle revenue
- Work ‘proactively’ with the planning, to avoid any delays on the delivery
- Working within a team of planners, to achieve the common goal of effectively servicing our current client base
- Liaising with drivers, service providers and the Transport Manager to solve issues such as break downs.
- Liaise with the Transport Manager regarding the regular maintenance intervals
- Liaise with Site Managers, to obtain and provide key information such as ETAs
**Key Experience and Qualifications**:
- Experience in route planning of vehicles, ideally within the construction industry
- The ability to adapt to new scenarios
- A strong understanding of the legal requirements regarding Driving Hours and Working Time
- Able to work within a team
