Leisure World has a 40 year heritage and specialises in lifestyle products, seeking to inspire, guide and motivate its customers & employees.

**We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales operations.**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Reporting to a Director on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting the sales team’s across 3 branches with administrative tasks.
- Processing & amending sales orders and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining customer records and managing data entry in our CRM system.
- Coordinating with the finance and service departments to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Handling customer enquiries when required and providing information about our products and services.
- Preparing regular sales and despatch reports.
- Assisting in the organising of promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance to industry regulations.
- Managing the registration of new motorhomes for new customer purchases.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role within a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
