**Customer Service Representative**

Are you a customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage the entire customer journey. If you have proven administrative and/or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Arrange deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments
- Handle customer card payments efficiently and securely
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective assistance
- Ensure all customer account activities adhere to compliance guidelines
- Embrace the Company's "Treat Customers Fairly" culture
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to meet operational needs

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely
- Thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing, and customer-focused environment
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to continuous improvement and actively seeks opportunities to enhance skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or in challenging circumstances, maintaining a professional demeanour
- Effective at working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stamford: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
