**Job Role**:
We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast growing team. You are an individual who believes in great customer service and you are committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.
One of our established sites in Cambridge will require your exceptional Administrative and Receptionist skills and experience. You will be expected to work with the onsite teams to ensure an effortless and efficient running of the front of house services, presenting and providing the best in class customer service and front of house management skills. Professionalism is key
**Role description**
- Ensure site operations for business continuity & excellence
- Maintain the premises in safe and sound conditions
- Manage reception
- Participate to the office space design and allocation to secure a pleasant work environment to each employee
- Ensure compliance of the premises in terms of local regulations & obligations
- Manage and supervise the building/office access rules
- Manage the office space to optimize the team organization and work conditions
- Assign offices and office furniture to employees
- Order all necessary office supplies, beverages etc.
- Supervise external contractors as required
- Ensure site compliance with company identity & culture & security
- Support to align site to corporate sustainability strategy
- Deliver facilities support
- Create requests in internal tool for purchases related to real estate and facilities
- Manage mail and shipping activities
**Deliverables**
- Layouts and space planning
- With physical security manage security & access procedures
- Maintenance and repair procedures and scheduling for preventative and predictive maintenance
- Ensure data quality of site information (through internal tool)
- Audit, control & compliance reports
- Ensure availability of facilities services and office furniture during working hours of the site
- Facilities improvements and corrections plan
- Local regulations compliance certification
- Manage local health and safety programs and requirements including ergonomics
- Manage archiving
