Then look no further An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Regatta Group for a **Group Paid Social Exec** to help manage the Paid Social strategy, across the Regatta and Dare 2b UK + International websites and be responsible for the planning, implementing, and measuring of paid social campaigns, working to agreed targets and budgets.

**The impact you’ll have in this role**:
Support in executing the Regatta Group Paid Social strategy in our core markets to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Create targeted content and communications, delivered by working closely with Central Digital teams and Brand teams to ensure content is in line with brand guidelines.
- Deliver a calendar of activity alongside the Group Senior Paid Social Executive, in line with the Group Digital Trade Plans.
- Contribute to new and innovative Paid Social techniques and channels, collaborating with the Group Senior Paid Social Executive and Group Performance Marketing Manager to further drive Paid Social visibility
- Report on key KPIs to monitor and develop successful Paid Social initiatives.
- Analysing Google Analytics to aid account performance and compile daily / weekly reports.
- Ensuring the product feed is performing to full potential.
- Controlling budget, updating, and monitoring ads and campaigns to ensure they are driving KPI performance and achieving targets
- Stay abreast of market trends to develop and inspire the Regatta Group Paid Social strategy.

**As our future Group Pa you will have**:

- A Business, Digital or Marketing degree (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube.
- A genuine passion for social media and staying up to date with developments in the digital marketing industry.
- Wider digital knowledge
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proven ecommerce experience, either in-house or at an agency - minimum 3 years
- Paid Media experience - minimum 3 years.
- A passion for digital marketing and desire to become a channel expert
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident with good communication skills.
- Ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment
