In education there are many different roles that someone can become a part of. These can vary from mental health positions, Well-being and behaviour, general classes support, 1-1 and SEN. All of these positions will have different requirements from the personand their personality in order to match the students. A graduate student is a great fit when understanding the needs and challenges of students within schools.

You could be the person that supports and changes a child's academic life. You might be supported in emotional regulation, someone to talk to, the understanding person to calm them down or the individual who helps them to concentrate. The senior leadershipteam are very supportive and hands-on to support their students and ensure the utmost development in order to grow and thrive.

Extra information about the role:

- Salary is £350 - £400 a week for full-time work
- Hours will be 8:30 and 3:30 (May differ depending on school)
- Daily cover / short-term / long-term contracts available
