Office & Marketing Assistant - full time, permanent

Location: Weston on the Green, Bicester

Kel-Berg Trailers & Trucks Ltd are a locally based commercial vehicle manufacturer and sales office based in Weston on the Green. Supplying our range of bodywork and trailers to the UK and Irish construction and utility industry. Our site works alongside our European production & sales sites assembling completed body products and preparing new equipment ready for delivery.

Due to internal job changes this role is being created to support our small administration & marketing teams both here and in our European offices.

This role will involve (main tasks stated only): general office admin, reception, general sales admin and marketing & social media admin & creation. Internal & external training will be provided as and were required.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional overtime as and when required. Not suitable for remote working.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office environment would be an advantage but not a necessity.
- Good understanding of written & verbal English language.
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office package & Adobe Creative Cloud Suite tools i.e. Photoshop, Indesign or similar would be an advantage but not a necessity.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and also independently when required.
- Must be hardworking, self-motivated & adaptable.
- Must have a keen eye for detail.
- Must have a driving license due to lack of public transport to our facilities.
