Software Delivery Manager, SCRUM Master, Coach, Mentor, Project Manager, Change Manager you wear many hats
You know how to coach and motivate a development team, improve velocity, make process improvements and deliver great software solutions.
Change management is second nature, you understand the delicate process needed to bring the right people on-board, to motivate them and help them transition, showing them the huge benefits of change and encouraging them to do it for themselves.
You're ambitious, love everything IT and technology and are ready to guide and advise the board. You know your future role is leading IT for the business.
People first, you are a real people person, love a small business (c60 staff) and are excited about the impact that you are about to make. They're ready, on-board and motivated, they just need you to take the future of IT and deliver it
You will get to work with and motivate a team of eight in IT, advise a board of four key stakeholders and support change across the entire company.
We need you to own this. You've done this before, perhaps at a larger organisation and know process through and through. You're ready to have a bigger impact and excited by the challenges involved.
The role is based on-site in a village north of Braintree so you need to drive. We'll pay you £60,000 p.a., plus 25 days holiday and a pension of course, and we have a lot of fun together with regular events and more.
