**Are you an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk? Are you looking for a role that offers progression and development within an Accounts and Finance team?**

FullFibre is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Head Office team in Exeter. You will be working alongside a mid-sized finance team to provide purchase ledger support and gain experience within a large purchase ledger and expenses environment. You will assist the team and continue to drive forwards the improvement to quality and consistency of management information and financial control.

Accurate processing and attention to detail are important.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing of invoices through logging, reconciling and approving for payment
- Matching receipt reports to delivery notes and purchase invoices with accuracy
- Managing outstanding queries and liaising with internal departments and external contacts
- Managing suppliers’ statements
- Resolution of discrepancies with regard to transactions and supplier terms
- Upkeep and maintenance of the purchase ledger
- Processing of payments to suppliers
- Assist in ad hoc duties and provide support/cover during the annual leave of colleagues

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in purchase ledger or understanding of accountancy
- Competency in working across Excel and Microsoft
- High level of Data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Dynamics is desirable
