We are looking for someone with a real passion for design to join our ever-growing, dynamic team of kitchen designers.

deVOL has become synonymous with distinctive style and understated quality; something our designers are taught and become highly skilled in perfecting for every customer.

Your job will involve assisting senior designers throughout the kitchen planning process including:

- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom as well as answering and directing telephone enquiries.
- Interpreting customers' room drawings and requirements to create kitchen layouts using Drafsight.
- Creating kitchen quotations using MS Office.
- Working with all the deVOL designers to keep the quality of design and service impeccable for every customer.

We would love you to:

- Have a creative qualification or passion related to furniture or interiors.
- Be excellent at organising and prioritising your time.
- Have minimum GCSE grades (or equivalent) of A-C in English and Maths.
- Have experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Enjoy working with others and be a great team player.
- Have a great eye for detail, a flair for design, and a desire to create exceptional work.
- Prior experience of using CAD software would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a full-time role with the requirement of working 2 Saturdays a month. There will be an initial training period at our Cotes Mill showroom, Leicestershire. After this period, you will based at our new showroom in Bath.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and during your first year you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.

You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
