Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

**We are looking for an Apprentice Maintenance and Repairs Operative to join us** **at** Sovereign.**
You'll be part of the team working across the Isle of Wight, our office is based in Ryde.
The salary will be from £14,000 depending on your age and experience.
**The Apprenticeship**
As a maintenance and repairs operative you'll be carrying out repairs and planned work in both our customers properties and our empty homes. This may include building, carpentry, plumbing, external works, painting, plastering, tiling or flooring.
As an apprentice you'll be learning on the job, working alongside our highly skilled mentors. You'll gain practical experience, a salary and have access to all our employee benefits. You will also be studying to achieve a Level 2 in Property Maintenance Operative, an industry recognised qualification.

Our assessment days will take place between the 10th and 21st July.
