**Branch Manager | Bathgate | Full Time | 5 days per week / 2 days off per week |£30,000 with an OTE of up to £35,000**

Dynamic luxury motorhome rental and sales company based in Central Scotland seeks an experienced ‘hands-on’ manager to oversee the running of our motorhome rental depot, and motorhome sales. We are looking for somebody with a spirit of adventure to helpcustomers hatch their dream experiences through hire or buying of our luxury motor homes.

You will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the depot and oversee all aspects of rental and sales, managing our small, dynamic team of staff and outside contractors.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of running the depot, including taking a hands-on approach to running the business
- Build, motivate and nurture a successful team ensuring the team is well-motivated and organised
- Dealing with all staff issues including recruiting, training, development, and monitoring performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Work to targets and ensure that all enquires and complaints are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety and other regulatory requirements are met through proactive, robust systems being in place.
- Experience of planning & organising projects and the creation & implementation of working systems and processes
- An honest, professional and a respectful approach
- Dealing with all aspects of the business including, but not limited to dealing with vehicle suppliers/manufacturers, garages, vehicle technicians, bodywork repair shops, linen and cleaning contractors, warranty issues, sales and rental customers, staffissues, staff rotas and pay, training and staff motivation, motorhome shows, vehicle sales, overseeing payment of invoices, depot maintenance, parts ordering and monitoring stock
- Showing initiative and enterprise towards growing and developing the business
- Making memories, by meeting and greeting customers, securing new and repeat sales and hires
- Must be able to work weekends, especially during the main rental season Apr-Oct
- Available to take the on-call phone for out of hours breakdowns or emergencies

**What you will have**:

- A minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- You will have experience in the vehicle rental or vehicle sales industry, or experience within hotel management and booking/sales
- You will be a confident and motivating team leader with the ability to build, lead and inspire a motivated and happy team
- You thrive on responsibility and react to problems with a calm manner
- You will pride yourself on delivering great customer service and positive holiday experiences leading to excellent customer reviews
- You will have a hands-on, motivated and proactive approach.
