**The Role - Premium Facilities Host**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experience and enthusiastic individual to oversee the runnig of the onsite facilities of a high-end, private residential housing estate in the Battersea area. You will be acting as the main point of contact for all Premium Facilities customers and providing information relating to opening hours, amenities, guest/booking policies and familiarisation tours.

Hours will be 10.30am to 10.30pm, 4 days on, 4 days off

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Provding information to residents relating to opening hours and bookings.
- Carrying out facilities inductions and familiarisation tours.
- Monitoring access and maximum area capacity.
- Managing the Premium Facilities booking system.
- Assist with investigation of any sounding fire alarms, emergency procedures and evacuation.
- Report to the Estate Operations Manager any maintenance issues and providing access to contractors.
- Patrolling the Premium Facilities areas and documenting any findings.
- Call out contractors for emergency repairs.
- Assisting with covering the concierge desk and parcel operative tasks when required.
- Investigating first level complaints.
- Monitoring the Premium Facilities CCTV cameras.
- Review and report security and anti-social concerns.
- Light cleaning duties.
- Replenishing coffee/tea, bar stock and other consumables.
- Assisting with making drinks and refreshments when bar staff are on break.

**Skills Required**:

- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Good telephone skills.
- Good IT experience and skills.
- Great customer service skills.
