Resident Host- Battersea- £25,000pa-£28,500pa plus generous bonus

Location: Battersea

Salary: £25,000pa-£28,500 DOE + 10% bonus

Experience required: At least 1 years experience within the property sector

About the client:

My client is a huge Build to Rent company who are looking for someone with Property experience or Build to Rent experience to join their prestigious scheme. You will be a vital member of the front of house team and will build strong relationships with the residents and foster a strong sense of community through arranging events. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most prestigious Build to Rent developments.

Your role as a resident host will include:

• Ensuring that you always provide great customer service, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly manner.

• Conducting pre-check-in and post check-out checks, to ensure that the move-in process for residents runs as smoothly as possible.

• Encourage as well as support resident engagement, through the planning and execution of events and activities in the communal areas for residents to attend and network.

• Make sure that you consistently keep updated with new rules and regulations as well as health and safety standards.

• Handle daily enquiries from residents and attempt to answer as well as solve these queries wherever possible.

• Flag up issues with maintenance to be fixed on the same day.
