**Type**:On-site permanent | 37.5 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Support company retention and growth by providing staffing solutions for all client account management issues in close collaboration with the Account Management, Sales, and Transforming Care teams.
- Handling all incoming inquiries while collaborating with team members to make sure they are handled quickly, effectively, and in a way that meets the needs of our clients.
- Surpassing our clients' expectations by going above and beyond to provide service levels Establishing and upholding relationships with patients and clinicians based on our values and assisting them in achieving their objectives.
- On-call may be required which would be paid on-top of salary
- Office based for first 6 months of training and then opportunity to work in a hybrid way

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
