**Salary: £26,681.57 (£12.04 per hour)**

**Hours**:42.5 hours per week between 6am-6pm (Monday to Friday)

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
- Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
- Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
- Production and/or use of daily reports to track and progress days on-site and days in status KPI’s.
- Obtain relevant information including estimated completion dates, booking dates, parts back-order ETA’s etc. for all vehicles.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries relating to progression of vehicles.
- Liaise with despatch teams to ensure vehicles are presented for collection on-time
- Various working schedules between 06:00 - 18:00. Shifts may vary and there may be a requirement to work additional hours/weekends

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
- Strong communicative skills - speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- Common sense skills
