This is a pivotal role in the company’s expansion plans as they are opening two further branches this year, and you will be assisting the Director with their busy flagship branch in Maidstone.

**Hearing Care Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Conducting micro-suction wax removal procedures in a safe and effective manner
- Servicing Hearing Aids and providing aftercare services to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and files related to client care
- Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and new technologies
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Assisting with the overall administration and maintenance of the clinic

**As a Hearing Care Assistant, you need to have**:

- A passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- HCA experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
