Planning Administrator

**Planning Administrator - Gotham**
**Pay - £11.44**
**Location - Gotham, Nottinghamshire NG11**
**Hours**:
**8am to 5pm Monday to Friday**
**Immediate start**

Blue Arrow Derby are currently looking for a Planning Administrator in the Gotham, Nottingham area (NG11). Our client is looking for some support through their busy period and would like you to have previous planning experience.
This role is an amazing opportunity to gain experience and enhance on your professional portfolio.

**What will be the Planning Administrator's duties**:

- Processing orders for Barrow from SAP
- Processing all orders for all sites within WTS
- Amendments for all sites
- Pairing together of half loads geographically
- Collating and running of Daily requirement reports
- Sending out trade caps
- Rolling dual dated orders in WTS and SAP
- Conducting end of day checks to ensure all orders are in SAP
- Re-assigning of orders to specific carriers
- Other duties that may arise after taking on Robertsbridge

**Key Skills for Planning Administrator role**:

- Self motivated
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP
- Previous planning experience
