Supervisor - Education Mental Health Practitioners

The Oxfordshire MHST currently consists of Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) delivering 1:1 and group interventions. The team also consists of youth workers who work in Secondary schools offering more ad hoc and easily accessible support for young people who don't want 1-1 support. We also have high intensity CBT therapists who can broaden our scope of support. In summary the role will involve offering a range of low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based treatments alongside offering clinical supervision to our Education Mental Health Practitioners.We offer parent-led approaches that focus on addressing challenging behaviour and child anxiety, as well as therapy group work.
