**What is the role?**

Team Leader/ Supervisor. Here at Terracotta we have a passion for Italian. We provide fantastic Italian dishes for our guests travelling through the airport. Our Italian Kitchen - Terracotta is not an eatery, it is not just a restaurant, it is not just a service, it is a moment of honest hospitality, an invitation to truly let go. Let it go, let it be, let us take careinsomma lascia fare We are looking for experienced leaders who have a minimum of 1 year’s hands on experience leading a team within a similar, fast paced bar environment.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
