**About the role**

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Client Account & Billing Liaison, to be responsible for client management and establish strong internal/external relationships with one of the firm´s key clients. Other key responsibilities include:

- Providing innovative solutions to improve the management, engagement and performance within the Revenue Lifecycle
- Managing the revenue aspects of a key client within the firm
- Maintaining an end to end service for a key client, assisting with onboarding and producing invoices, all the way through to cash collection
- Liaising directly with our client to obtain PO numbers, register new matters on their client portal, upload invoices and deal with any ad-hoc enquiries
- Developing and establishing internal relationships with Partners and fee earners to promote best practice

**About you**

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role requires liaison at all levels
- Excel at building relationships
- Own strong IT skills including intermediate knowledge of MS Office

And have:

- Some years previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment including exposure to billing, VAT and disbursements
- Written and spoken Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not essential for this role.
