**Location**: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire
**Duration**: 8-12 weeks
**Pay**: £12.36 p/h
**Hours**: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator for the next 8-12 weeks to support their Customer Service and Accounts team. Once training has been completed you will have the ability to work from home
**Duties Required**:
Order processing.
Data entry, accuracy and attention to detail essential.
Raising/Processing invoices from back log of orders.
Liaising with departments.
Chasing amendments on the invoices and approve/process once amendments have been completed.
Basic Excel use.
General administrative duties.
**Skills required**:
Previous Administration experience.
Accounts experience desirable.
IT Literate, especially with Microsoft Excel.
Data entry accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Able to work independently and a part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Can manage own workload and work well under pressure.
