**Sales Designer**
**Guildford, GU2 7XX**
- **Full time, permanent**:

- **18K basic with commission OTE 60-100K**:

- **Retainer of £1500/month + uncapped commission, ongoing sales incentives, and excellent career progression**

**About the Company**:

- Luxury brand with 17 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and installing the UK’s finest luxury wooden gazebos and garden rooms
- Individually hand-crafted timber garden pavilions using premium materials and techniques

**About the Role**:

- Logistics:_
- You will be based between two sites (Haskins in Farnham, Surry and Chessington Garden Centre) and also conduct customer site visits as required
- The position is 5 days per week. You must be available to work weekends and have evening flexibility for site visits as required
- Our client will provide full training in product knowledge, sales, and order processing
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Managing concessions, interacting with the public to upsell premier services
- Attending design consultations, providing insight, taking measurements and closing sales on the day
- Self-managing diary and coordinating correspondence with clients, management and the customer services department.

**About You**:

- Strong spatial awareness and technical skills, previous sales experience in conservatories or windows/doors beneficial
- Strong work ethic, well-presented, energetic, confident, positive, motivated, and driven
- Willingness to succeed, be focused, resilient, and self-motivated
- Able to manage workload, be organized, follow direction, and present in a professional and personable manner
- You will dress formally to fit with this luxury brand
