**Description**:
As an Employee Communications Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the communication landscape within the organisation. Working closely with the Head of Employee Communications, you'll contribute to the development and execution of their employee communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, strategy, and priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the creation and implementation of the employee communication strategy, ensuring coherence and consistency across all communication channels.
Coordinate and execute business area and project-specific communication plans, resolving conflicts and identifying priorities.
Provide consultation and coaching to key communicators across the organisation, enhancing their communication capabilities and decision-making processes.
Support specific projects and business areas with their communication requirements, under the guidance of the Head of Employee Communications.
Collaborate closely with other members of the communications team to ensure alignment of messages and activities.
Assist in delivering timely employee communications responses during critical incidents or events.
Uphold the organisation's brand integrity across internal communication channels and materials.
Lead and coordinate cross-discipline campaigns on behalf of the communications team.
Contribute to the development and publication of communication content across various channels, including the intranet.
**Skillset/Experience Required**:
Proven experience in employee communications, demonstrating a strong understanding of communication strategies and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the capability to work tactically to achieve objectives.
Ability to navigate potential issues and conflicts with ease, maintaining professionalism and composure.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with communication technology platforms, including Sharepoint, is preferred.
Previous coaching experience is considered an advantage.
