We are looking for a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), Coordinator to join our team. As a QHSE Coordinator you will be integral to supporting and growing our QHSE department. The organised and enthusiastic individual will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic organisation, reporting directly QHSE Manager. Working alongside and collaboratively together you will be providing essential administrative assistance whilst being proactive in your approach, demonstrating agility and excellent communication skills.

**Job Responsibility**
- Collate and report monthly data for example: incidents, quality findings, waste, and energy usage.
- Provide support for internal and external audit activities.
- Register non-conformances.
- Document control including: revision updates, tracking, collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide general office administration support including facilities.
- Manage contractor documentation.
- Maintain meeting minutes and associated action plans.
- Assist in the claims resolution process.
- Assist in the organisation of returns.
- Ensure all data displayed is up to date.
- Engage and support the daily communication processes.

- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Eye for detail with accurate data entry
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to continually develop and learn.
- Good level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel (intermediate level)
