Transport Administrator

Furmanac is a successful family business situated in the heart of England employing over 130 staff. It is the UK’s largest manufacturer of adjustable beds and fast becoming one of the largest manufacturers of chairs and upholstered beds.
The office is a busy and a fast paced environment and we are seeking one more key member of staff.
Job description:

- Taking a high volume of calls a day answering sales queries, chasing deliveries, and taking orders.
- Booking in deliveries and dealing with Booking queries.
- Filing and other office duties.
- Calling customers when there are changes in deliveries.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, a basic working office experience is preferred.

Full training on product and in house system will be given.

Working Hours Monday
- Friday 8.30am-5pmLunch: 30 minutes

Holidays: 28 days holiday are set and observed as all bank holidays, 5 days at Whitsun, 10 days in summer and Christmas shutdown. Holiday requests can be made for non-peak periods.
