iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated payments specialist to own and deliver investigator payments to help drive our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.

All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work: remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.

Role Overview

This role is offered on a 12 month FTC.

Key objectives of the role

1 year of payments experience preferred and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

- Funds Management - liaising with clients to ensure that funds are requested and received in adequate time for execution of payments
- Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and in line with agreed SLA’s
- Reconciliation of client money accounts
- Owning, managing, and resolving client queries - having direct contact with client where appropriate
- Liaising with payment partners with relation to payment queries
- Assisting the Investigator Payments Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Maintenance of process documentation

What are we looking for in you?
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with peers, payment providers, clients, and external vendors as necessary
- Solid understanding of international payments, experience beneficial
- Aptitude for working to strict deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and pay close attention to detail
- Strong time management - able to prioritise workload and ensure all tasks are completed, at both an independent and team level
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Ability to take accountability for results and ownership of tasks
