Head of PBWM Group Collaboration

What will you be doing
- The Head of PBWM Group Collaboration will be responsible for managing the PBWM central collaboration framework, which consists of the inbound and outbound referrals of clients and business leads, within PBWM and towards Barclays Group Businesses, for private individuals and corporate clients.
- The role will facilitate the well-coordinated engagement of PBWM with the rest of the Barclays Group, to avoid duplication of efforts and missed opportunities.
- The successful applicant will work closely with existing collaboration leads and teams across PBWM to facilitate development activities across various channels with the view to increasing referral flows under a well-established central governance.
- The role holder will manage relationships between the network of senior stakeholders from PBWM and the wider Barclays Group partners, with the aim of laying out the value proposition in a clear and compelling manner, in support of collaboration activities.

What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Wealth and Private Banking
- Experience in working with other Banking divisions (e.g. Global Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset Management) or at least experience in dealing with other banking divisions (e.g. Global Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset Management)
- Solid track-record of shaping and implementing Business processes in support of a well-defined strategy. Strong process skills essential
- Ability to manage a large network of stakeholders across multiple markets and divisions
- Proven Experience in a Sales and / or Marketing capacity
- Ability to interact with Senior Stakeholders, and at EXCO level
