We are recruiting a property consultant to provide Property Management Services to a 200k portfolio of properties. We are currently looking to expand our portfolio and grow by acquisition.

We are looking for confident person, who can build relationship with landlords with excessive experience in property management. In addition, the postholder will be responsible for growth and will support the business to source properties all around UK.

**Duties will include the full range of management services including**:

- Be in first line of communication with a number of clients and supports senior management with account management of key clients.
- Development of own contacts and relationships
- Demonstrates significant market and technical expertise.
- Deliver quality service on time and within service level agreements.
- Line manage junior members of team
- Provision of budgets, financial reports, and year end accounting services.
- Supervision of client site staff
- Landlord and Tenant Act advice.
- Supervision of maintenance contracts with particular emphasis on value for money.
- Attendance at client meetings and regular formal and informal client liaison and reporting.
- Overall responsibility for all client-based service provision
- Co-ordination of major works and external consultants, if any.
- Site visits and inspections.
