As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and insightful property valuations for their diverse range of clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping this consultancy's reputation for excellence and innovation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Conducting detailed commercial property valuations in adherence to industry standards and best practices.
•    Utilising your analytical skills to interpret market trends, property data, and other relevant information to produce comprehensive valuation reports.
•    Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for valuation projects.
•    Staying informed about changes in the property market and relevant legislation that may impact commercial property values.
•    Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and the delivery of high-quality valuation services.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Surveying).
•    Proven experience as a Commercial Valuation Surveyor within a consultancy setting.
•    In-depth knowledge of property valuation methods and familiarity with industry standards.
•    Strong analytical and research skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Membership or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
