- Work pattern one**:Thursday and Friday, 17:00-21:00** with a variable Saturday between the hours of 08:00 -18:30.
- Or work pattern two**:Monday and Tuesday, 17:00-21:00** with a variable Saturday between the hours of 08:00 -18:30.

The expectation is to** **work remotely** however you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.

**Salary**:The salary range for this role is set at** **£9,192.30 - £10,223 Annual**. This annual salary has been prorated for Part-time hours of 15.25 hours.

The John Lewis Customer Contact Centres play an essential role in our delivery of outstanding customer service. Our Partners must deliver high-quality support and service to our customers and stakeholders, whilst operating at the most cost-effective level.

**About the role**

As a Customer Delivery Resolution Partner, you will provide timely and effective resolution of customer queries and problems related to two-person deliveries. These can range from issues such as the customer's delivery has not been fulfilled and we need to understand how we can resolve this efficiently and with understanding for the customer. All of this is to ensure we resolve the issue for the customer to their satisfaction.

- Experience in problem-solving through resilience and focus on customer experience

**Additional Information**:
Please be aware that the training is full time virtual training.

The training hours are 9am to 5.30pm, from Monday 10 June to Friday 5 July 2024. We kindly ask no holidays are permitted during training.
